Refund Policy
Our Refund policy is valid for 10 days after delivery of the product. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before you send your purchase back to us, intimate us about the nature of the problem through the telephone number/ email mentioned on the product package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/ message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed within three working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The number of days taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the bank/ credit card company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/ bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: No.2200; 5 E Cross, 17 A Main, HAL II Stage, Bengaluru – 560 008, Karnataka, India
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
